All orders will be mailed through USPS. Once your item is complete it will be marked as shipped and you will get a message from us with shipping information.

Please check your shipping address BEFORE it ships. 
(**1 week turnaround time  including shipping time)** Meaning your item will usually take about 3-4 days of processing before being shipped.

Due to being custom made ALL sales are final, however, please contact us with any questions or concerns.

• DO NOT soak or scrub.

All items inside the tumbler will settle at the bottom. Shake it to mix it up and obtain the snow globe effect.
